ooo got a mail the other day from someone claiming that they wanted to buy one of my great works, I suspected it was some sort of a scam but I went along without for a bit till I told them oto fuck off. It's beyond me the point of targeting penniless artists, seeems a bit dim witted but I guess they know what they are doing, so to speak, even if the terrible written English is a bit of a give away. They should set their sight s a bit higher...

I will put some shots of the show up...when I take 'em.

Some new paintings/drawings.

Some very old stuff, I keep finding things on disks. A bit too much Bacon going on there I think. These were actually exhibited, though they elicited a few offended complaints. More to do with where they were hung more than anything though; a gay pub and a small gallery where they were visible from the street.

In the end, I was more interested in the photos, which I had messed around with on PS, than in the paintings which seemed to me to be descending into illustration (nothing wrong with illustration as such, but that wasn't what I was trying to do). If I can find them I will post them up too though I am not sure if I will be able to as I lost a load of work when my portable hard drive died.

The print of the Iraqi child sold, which always amazes me...

I was painitng, and it was utter utter garbage...so I did this...made me feel better anyway...I am always happy using paper, don't know why, though I suspect it will keep me a minor artist...and that's if I'm lucky...

I left this on the floor of my leaking studio, I like what all that moisture has done to it...

A new painting, taken from the sketch below.... probably needs a bit more work....I will come back to it I think....actually, I kind of hate it...hmmm, why did I put it up in the first place?
